I am a busy stay at home mum of five children that had never played sport or been active before. I am now a personal fitness coach and have spent the last eight years researching, practicing and perfecting the best ways to get fit and lean as fast as possible, both for myself and for my clients. Now I have more energy than ever and burn fat fast all the time. I even compete in half ironman triathlons, something I never ever thought I would be able to do. I dont use expensive equipment and my workout programs can be done inside or outside. No gym required.

These programs are not a quick fix though. You will need to be committed to achieving your goals by training with intensity and by following the training program correctly. You will also have to be consistent week in and week out. You will start with as little as three 30 minute workouts each week and build from there as you get fitter.
