Apple Pie With Cream Yoghurt

This is one of my favourites. I often have this for breakfast or as my Meal 2 or 4 especially if I feel like something 'naughty'

Quantities will depend on the individual, so adjust as per your personalised meal plan

200g full cream vanilla yoghurt (I use Yoplait)
A few scoops of pie apple (make sure you use a 100% apple brand)
1-2 tablespoons of linseeds (grind first)

Place yoghurt and apple in bowl and sprinkle with ground linseeds. Tastes so yummy like apple pie with cream.

The linseeds provide your daily fat allowance if following my plans.
