Bootcamp Time Schedule
BOOTCAMP TIMES - all Bootcamps are held at Base Camp unless otherwise stipulated below. Please subscribe to the FitterFaster blog to keep up with any last minute changes to times or venues. Saturday 7.30am at the Hockey Oval Maryborough Monday 5.45am Monday 9.30am Tuesday 6pm Wednesday 5.45am Thursday 6pm Friday 5.45am Please email me if you have any questions. Remember, all Bootcampers must attend a minimum of 3 Bootcamps per week-every week. Holders of Private Training Packages can vary their attendances at Bootcamp depending on their individual agreements. Contrary to popular belief, if you want a fit, athletic and lean body that functions at it's best, you will have to train a minimum of 3 times per week. Best results will come from committing to 5 training sessions per week. If you can only attend the minimum requirement of 3 Bootcamps per week, you will need to do some FitterFaster Home Workouts as well. Every Bootcamper will receive home workouts weekly from me that will help you achieve everything you want from the FitterFaster program. Results are guaranteed.
