Bootcamp Time Schedule

BOOTCAMP TIMES - all Bootcamps are held at Base Camp unless otherwise stipulated below. Please subscribe to the FitterFaster blog to keep up with any last minute changes to times or venues.

Tuesday 6pm

Wednesday 6am

Wednesday 6pm

Remember, all Bootcampers must attend a minimum of 3 Bootcamps per week-every week.

Contrary to popular belief, if you want a fit, athletic and lean body that functions at it's best, you will have to train a minimum of 3 times per week. Best results will come from committing to 5 training sessions per week. If you can only attend the minimum requirement of 3 Bootcamps per week, you will need to do some FitterFaster Home Workouts as well.

Every Bootcamper will receive home workouts weekly from me via email, so that you can achieve everything you want from the FitterFaster program. Results are guaranteed.
