No matter what your current level of fitness, I can work with you to get you to your goals as quickly as possible.
Fat loss, improve sports performance, rehabilitation or just all round improve health and fitness. We will work with you to achieve your goals.
All Personal Coaching session are run with 2-4 clients in a session. That means that there are 2-4 clients and 1 trainer at every session. I've found that this works a lot better for both the clients and the trainer in terms of performance and results outcomes.
Each session is tailored to the trainees' fitness levels and goals. You will reach your goals with our training programs - Guaranteed.
If Private Coaching is not within your budget, our Hybrid Training Packages may suit you better.
What is Hybrid Private Coaching?
You can combine Personal Coaching with unlimited Bootcamp sessions each week. This gives you the best of both worlds. You train with me once or twice a week and then supplement your private coaching sessions with one or more Bootcamps each week. The number of Bootcamps you attend each week will be determined by your goals, your schedule and the level of commitment you wish to make.

How Do I Invest In Personal Fitness Coaching?
Consistent 3 x weekly attendance is a condition of all FitterFaster Training Packages. Personal Coaching sessions cancelled without suitable reason will be deemed as taken.
All personal training sessions are booked in advance, but you can attend any Bootcamp session/s each week depending on your schedule. Just remember that you must attend a minimum of 3 sessions each week in total to meet your agreed commitment.
Training Credits can be purchased in lots of 30, 50 or 100 credits. Each Bootcamp session uses one credit and a Personal Coaching session uses 2 credits.
For instance, if you attend 2 personal training sessions and 1 bootcamp in a week, you'll use 5 training credits from your package. I will be personally taking you for all personal training sessions with the only exceptions being on school or public holidays where another of the FitterFaster trainers MAY take you for the occasional workout.
