Online Training Programs

Want to lose weight and get fit fast? Want to see results quickly. Want to have heaps of energy? Want to have the body you never thought you could?

I will design you an online personalised fitness plan that is based on your goals and lifestyle. No more guessing how and when to exercise. No more endless excuses.

Each online training program is designed individually for you. The workouts can be emailed to you, or you can log onto my fitness generator site and work online. You give me feedback and I will alter your workouts as necessary. You have unlimited access to me by email.

Programs vary in length from 8-12 weeks and I update your program every 3-4 weeks depending on how you are progressing and which program you invest in. You will not do the same workout for more than about 2 weeks. This will stop you from getting bored and keep the results coming quickly.

Online Training is a great option if you cannot come to Personal Fitness or Bootcamp Fitness training sessions. But if you do live in my area, you can also attend any Bootcamp Training Session for $10 per session as long as your online training program is current.
All exercises are fully demonstrated with Fitness Generator. This software shows each exercise in motion with full notes on how to do it. You will progress from your current fitness level to whereever you want to be. Get fit, lose fat, gain energy, get ripped, increase you endurance or speed, get stronger. It is all within your reach if you complete the workouts as detailed.

Online Bootcamp

New to Fitterfaster are Online Bootcamps. These programs are for you if you want extreme fitness and an athletic looking body but are unable to attend Bootcamp Sessions in person. Pay in 4 week blocks and receive 5 workouts for each week including high intensity cardio and strength circuits for maximum results in minimum time. Each workout will take between 30-40 minutes to complete.

This is the best way to a lean and ripped body that is strong with heaps of endurance. Workouts always vary and you only need your own bodyweight, a medicine ball, a skipping rope and some hand weights to get it all done.
