Each online training program is designed individually for you. You give me feedback and I will alter or adjust your workouts as necessary. You have unlimited access to me by email.
There are 2 types of programs-general all-round fitness and body composition improvement OR run/triathlon training programs. Whether you are a total beginner or a seasoned athlete, I can give you an effective, results guaranteed program that will advance your fitness levels and results.
Programs run for 8 weeks and I update your program every 2-4 weeks depending on how you are progressing and which program you invest in. Workouts vary constantly. This will stop you from getting bored and keep the results coming quickly.
Online Training is a great option if you cannot come to Personal Fitness or Bootcamp Fitness training sessions. But if you do live in my area, you can also attend any Bootcamp Training Session for $10 per session as long as your online training program is current.
All exercises are fully demonstrated with online graphics. You will progress from your current fitness level to wherever you want to be. Get fit, lose fat, gain energy, get ripped, increase you endurance or speed, get stronger. It is all within your reach if you complete the workouts as detailed.

Online Bootcamp
New to Fitterfaster are Online Bootcamps. These programs are for you if you want extreme fitness and an athletic looking body but are unable to attend Bootcamp Sessions in person. Pay in 4 week blocks and receive 4-5 workouts for each week including high intensity cardio and strength circuits for maximum results in minimum time. Each workout will take between 30-40 minutes to complete.
This is the best way to a lean and ripped body that is strong with heaps of endurance at a more cost effective price. Workouts always vary and you only need your own bodyweight, a medicine ball, a skipping rope and some hand weights to get it all done.
These online Bootcamp sessions are standardised for general fitness and fat loss. If you require a more individual program, choose the option above instead.
