I have started receiving questions from visitors to my website and have decided to answer them online. I have also included questions that I am often asked by clients. Please don't think that I am going to send you email after email trying to sell you something. That is not my style. What I want to do is provide as many people as possible with the tools to get fitter faster and to finally take control over your own bodies.
