Results are guaranteed for all these packages. Follow the workouts and nutritional guidelines on the FitterFaster Results Blueprint and if you don't lose cm's and fat and improve your fitness within 30 days, you will get your money back!!


To invest in your Bootcamp Package, first choose your level of commitment.

You decide whether to attend Bootcamp a minimum of 3 times per week, or to save money per session, you can commit to a minimum of 4 Bootcamps per week.

Please note that expiry periods will be strictly adhered to. If you choose to commit to training a certain number of times per week, and don't do so, your Bootcamp sessions will expire before you've used them.

The minimum attendance rate for all Bootcampers is three times per week-no exceptions!

BOOTCAMP FITNESS COACHING

Commit to at least 3 Bootcamps per week:
Pay up front 100 session package (to be used within 35 weeks)$950 each
Pay up front 50 session package (to be used within 18 weeks) $550 each
Pay up front 30 session package (to be used within 11 weeks) $375 each

Commit to at least 4 Bootcamps per week:
Pay up front 100 session package (to be used within 27 weeks)$850 each

FITTERFASTERSTRONGER Strength Bootcamps

BOOTCAMP FITNESS COACHING FOR KIDS AGED 10-16

All children under 16 attending with a paying adult can attend and participate for free

PRIVATE FITNESS COACHING
I GET RESULTS-PERIOD

Two on One Sessions Train with 2 trainees and one trainer. You can bring a friend, or I can assign another trainee to work with you

Pay up front 15 session package $375 each
Pay up front 30 session package $600


All private sessions are for 50 minutes

All packages including Bootcamps and Private Coaching must be used within expiry date

Despite what you may have been led to believe, if you want a fit, athletic and lean body that functions at it's best, you will need to train hard and often. A minimum of 3 times per week will give you some good results, but for best results, you will need to commit to training at least 5 times per week.

The minimum attendance required by all Bootcampers and Private Coaching clients is 3 times per week. Other workouts can be done at home if necessary.

All packages include home workouts emailed to you weekly to supplement your training with me

All packages include full email and phone support

No ongoing membership fees


A print newsletter is also posted to all clients every 5-6 weeks


The FitterFaster Fit Girl/Fit Guy Challenge is held approx. every 4-6 weeks at Base Camp. This challenge is a great way to see your fitness improving as you pit yourself against your own best time and/or the other Bootcampers. Entry is optional but recommended.


Every new Bootcamper is assigned to a 'platoon.' Each Platoon has certain missions to complete including a race to gain the most points and win great prizes for all the team members. Attending Bootcamp, completing your nutrition and training diaries and attending extra challenges will all earn you points for your team.

This is a great way to motivate yourself and others to go the extra mile towards getting fantastic results for yourself and each other. More details about how the teams work can be found at the fitterfaster blog
