PERSONAL FITNESS COACHING
Personal Fitness Training sessions are the ultimate in personalised training programs. You'll train with 1-3 other participants at a time and will achieve guaranteed results or I will refund your money.
Training Credits can be purchased in lots of 30-100 credits at a time. Each personal training session will use 2 credits per session. This allows you to invest in just 15 sessions at a time or if you want to save money per session, you can purchase a larger block.
All packages must be paid for up front.
BOOTCAMP FITNESS COACHING
Each Bootcamp training session will use one training credit. You can purchase blocks of 30-100 training credits at a time as specified above.
HYBRID FITNESS COACHING
If you prefer a mix of Personal Training and Bootcamp, you can use your Training credits for both. No longer do you need to purchase separate packages for different types of training at FitterFaster. Just book your Personal Training sessions in for each week and attend Bootcamp as your schedule allows. You'll use one credit for each Bootcamp attended, and two for each Personal Training session.
Always remember that you must attend a minimum of 3 sessions each week.
Please note that expiry periods will be strictly adhered to. Each package will have an expiry period that requires you to attend at least 3 times each week in order for you to use all credits before they expire.
The minimum attendance rate for all Bootcampers is three times per week-no exceptions!

BOOTCAMP FITNESS COACHING FOR STUDENTS AGED 10-16
All children under 16 attending with a paying adult can attend and participate for free

ONLINE BOOTCAMPOnline bootcamp includes 5 high intensity cardio and strength circuits every week $80 every 4 weeks For those who want Bootcamp results but cannot attend in person. This is a great way to get results if your schedule cannot accommodate 3 Bootcamps per week.You can still achieve great results by training with proven methods. All training sessions are delivered online with full exercise descriptions and demonstrations. You will also have full email and phone access to me for the duration of your program.
