Ham, Turkey or Chicken and Cheese Melts
50g of shaved ham (or 75g shaved turkey or chicken breast)
75g of low fat cottage cheese
1 slice of wholegrain or multigrain bread
Toast the bread and place ham, chicken or turkey on top
Spread cottage cheese over the top
Toast under grill or place in microwave for approx 30 seconds
This provides 1 protein serve and 1 starchy carb serve.
Add pineapple on top as part of your fruit serve if your nutritional plan allows fruit with this meal
