Cardio Workouts for Fast Fitness and Fat Loss
On the following pages, I have put a variety of different cardio workouts for you to try. Swap around regularly to prevent boredom (not that boredom is an issue for me) and also to keep your body guessing. You do not have to swap at every workout though if you dont want to. These types of cardio plans are self adjusting to your fitness level, because as you get fitter, you can (and should) go harder in each hard interval stage.
That way, you can keep getting fitter and stay as lean as you wish providing you
eat a healthy diet
as well.
These cardio workouts are in no particular order, so just pick one and go ahead. Print them off if you wish and keep them handy for when you do not have internet access, but check back often, I will add more workouts regularly.
