If you're interested in Personal Fitness Coaching or Bootcamp, you can invest in packages rangeing from 15 to 100 sessions. Each package has an expiry date meaning that you need to attend regularly in order to not have your session expire before you've used them. This is crucial if you want to see results. Just signing up won't do anything, you have to work hard, work often and also eat healthy food as well.If you want to see changes in your body, you'll have to make changes to your habits. I have one special package called the Jumpstart Package that consists of just 10 sessions. These 10 session packages are only available to first time Bootcampers so they can try it out before committing for a longer period. After that, you must commit to a longer time frame in order to get the best results. Please see below for more details. There are 2 levels of commitment available to all clients now. You choose to either attend 3 times per week or to attend 4 times per week. Packages have expiry dates in accordance with the level of commitment you wish to show. Of course, committing to more sessions each week means that per session, the investment is less. That's my reward (apart from better results) to you for showing that you are willing to make fitness and health an important part of your life. Expiry dates are there to ensure that you attend sessions at least three times per week. Any less than that will not result in improvements and you will be disappointed in your fat loss and fitness results. And that is what this is all about-GETTING RESULTS
You will also be expected to do other training at home or attend extra sessions if you want to achieve above average results. To get maximum benefits, you should be training at least 5 times per week (which includes Home Workouts) and also eating a healthy, nutritious diet. All this is explained in the FitterFaster Results Blueprint and by following it, I guarantee you will lose that clothes size quickly. Allowances in expiry periods will be made for personal illness and holidays, but you must inform me of these things as they happen. Don't expect me to believe any excuse you can find when your package does expire. If you're unable to make it, let me know at the time. I am easily contactable by email, text or phone.

*Detailed home training sessions are emailed each week to all Bootcamp and Personal Fitness Coaching clients. Use these to supplement your Bootcamp workouts and get even better results
*Weekly checks by me of your training and nutrition diaries and advice on the best nutrition to improve not just your body composition, but your health as well. This is about being held accountable for every aspect of your program.
*Fitness assessments including weight, measurements, body composition (body fat levels, hydration levels,lean weight levels and blood cholesterol, triglyceride and glucose levels) and before and after photos. Assessments are done approx. every 6 weeks or more often as required
*FitterFaster Fit Girl/Fit Guy Challenge days where you can test your fitness improvements by improving your time through the course/challenges and by competing against other Bootcampers if you choose to do so. These events are optional as are the FitterFaster Duathlons held reglarly
*Membership to FitterFaster forum so you can get and give support to and from all the other FitterFaster Bootcampers as well as ask questions and keep up to date with the latest from Bootcamp
*Be eligible for Bootcamper of the Month, Star of the Week and more - this will give you something else to work towards and keep you motivated to attend Bootcamp often, train hard and improve your nutrition on a daily basis. I give out prizes for these things regularly
*Access to events like Monster Bootcamp (120+ minute bootcamp sessions) and Adventure Camp (an annual 2 day camp at a different secret destination each year) FitterFaster Bootcamps also continue on most public holidays, in fact, you get an extra 30 minutes training for free by attending on public holidays when the sessions are usually 90 minutes long!
*Participation in Operation Teamwork which is an ongoing program to help you improve your commitment and your results and also win discounts off future Bootcamp Packages and other prizes.
*Access to other training sessions such as FitterFasterStronger 3D Strength Bootcamps
