Protein Porridge

Ingredients

1/2 cup oats
1-2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 cups water (approx)

Mix together oats and protein powder. Add water and stir.
Heat in microwave for about 90 seconds. Stir and heat again for up to 60 seconds. You will need to experiment with microwave times for your oven, but once you get it down pat, it's easy. Just remember to stir a couple of times.
This gives you 1 starchy carb serve and 1 1/2 protein serves.
Add fruit as per your nutritional plan. I really like banana slice on this.
