Spiced Apples

2 tbl olive oil
5 large apples cored (peeling is optional)
2 tbl water
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg


Heat oil in pan, add apples and remaining ingredients. Saute till apples are tender and serve warm.


Makes 4 fruit serves

Serve with full cream vanilla yoghurt or have with a protein shake depending on what you nutrition plan calls for. Is also yummy cold as the fruit serve of your Meal 2 or Meal 4. Remember, this recipe is 4 serves, not one!! Also, note that no sugar is needed to make this taste delicious.
