Stairs and Steps
One of my favourites. Not sure if my clients would agree. If you have a flight of stairs you can use-great. If not a step is just as good. You know this is going to be good for you.
As per all cardio workouts, warm up with gently exercise for 5 minutes and always cooldown and stretch at the end for another 5 minutes.
Repeat each sequence for 15-25 minutes. Try to beat your last record. Challenge yourself always.
Counting steps
20 stairs or step ups up and back down
20 seconds plank elbows on stair
20 stairs or step ups up and back down
20 twisting crunches
REPEAT
Steps and Ladders
4 steps up and down
4 mountain climbers
6 steps up and down
6 mountain climbers
8 steps up and down
8 mountain climbers
10 steps up and down
10 mountain climbers
REPEAT IN REVERSE
Go back down from 10 to 4 and then back up again till time is over
