"Something I wanted to share with you is that for the first time since I started getting my period, I have not had any pain associated with it. This months was behind by 2 months but it came without needing any strong pain killers and needing any time off work. In such a short time of commencing the nutritional plan combined with exercise and proper sleep, I have not had to use pain killers. My goal to get to this stage by the end of my degree is being achieved. I am very pleased with that as I had tried so many medical things to get that under control. I have lost more cms of course and my fitness level which the measure by at the gym, has gone from being just good to the other end of nealy being excellent. I was really happy with that and even more determined to get better next month. My personal trainer at the gym was really happy and gave me a hug. She said that I am the only one of her clients that is making huge progress which I found hard to believe but also believable as most people find it hard to stick to something they set themselves to do. Now I know how to do them, I think I will see if I can do some each day. It will help me when I come back to bootcamp next Saturday. This Saturday I am working and cannot make it. Hi everyone, thought I would write this before I measure up. I started training with Jo because my sister said I was getting fat. But there is more to me than that. I am the mother of two, I work at a nursing home and I also suffer depression. I wanted to write this for my blog because even without the toning up and weight loss Jo has helped my with so much more. I used to sleep my days away and eat myself through the stressful times. I started with Jo too appease my sister and also to try and help myself. Fat isn't what I wanted to be.
I thought Jo might be on some mission to kill me after the first training session. But I was wrong. I actually got better at the running, squats (grrr) and the other exercises were always different and each session became fun and for me I had less to winge about. And (I wouldn't tell Jo) but looked forward to them, I was achieving something great.
Anyway, the 7 weeks flew and what I really wanted to say is that I feel great and I look great but for myself, my mind is in a much better place. I don't sleep all day, I find other ways to satisfy myself other than food, ie WALK, RIDE even do a home made session with what I have been taught.
Jo was tough but fair and we all know sometimes you need to be pushed. I am so appreciative of what Jo has done. I know I did it, but to have someone make such a big difference in your life and make you feel as good as I do is unreal, especially when your days can be so dark.
Jo gave me something to look forward to, something for me.

I have been training with Jo at Fitterfaster and I felt the benefits almost immediately. I have loads more energy and a greater appreciation of how exercise and healthy eating can benefit you. Most of my clothes don't fit me anymore, they all fall down. When I went out the other night, it was the first time in ages that I felt like I looked alright.

I thought it was impossible for me to actually enjoy a healthy eating and exercise plan, how wrong I was... I look forward to doing my exercises and I never thought I could run, how wrong I was...Jo has guided me through and I am able to enjoy both of these... If I can anybody can..

Hi, I'm Jennie and am a new recruit of Jo's. I am turning 40 in a couple of months and decided I wanted to look and feel my best, not just for this occasion, but to finally turn over a new leaf - a new healthier me!!!
At first it was tough to "find the time" to fit in training sessions, and the thought of a diet with minimum chocolate and no bickies or cakes was mind blowing to say the least. BUT, once I got into the swing of things, I became more and more focused, and have gone from being a strictly cereal girl, to loving the hot brekky of eggs!
I was generally feeling a lot better in myself both physically and mentally within the first couple of weeks, and imagine my surprise when after only a fortnight, I had lost 19cm off my body!!!
I have continued the program and have been going now for 8 weeks, and the comments I am getting from friends, family and the hubby have been overwhelming. Everyone is noticing a change in my body shape, and it feels great that my old clothes are now actually baggy!!
I cannot speak highly enough of Jo's program. If you are willing to put the work in, you will be guaranteed to get the results.
Professional,specific to your needs and the work outs are all things you can do from the comfort of your own home. I feel more energised and people say I look great. What more could a nearly 40 year old something ask for??? .......... maybe a little more choccie?
I've been working with Jo already, taking the challenge. You should make the time. I feel great, Look great, Have so much more energy. The flab i was taking into my forties is slowly going away. No more fat and forty for me. You just need to start and stop the excuses. I had a million, still do, but Jo helps me get over that too. Go Jo.

I've been doing the group training sessions with Jo for 4 weeks now and feel fantastic. I've lost cm's in nearly every part of my body. The results are speaking for themselves. With a bit of dedication and trust in yourself you can achieve these results with the help of Jo and her fitness classes. Every session is different. So, believe it or not, I quite look forward to each workout knowing we'll be doing something different. The feeling of satisfaction that you get once you've finished the class is amazing. You just want to keep going.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply...you are a wonder woman!!! You are so right..I just keep making excuses. I just have to get into the right mindset. I have done really well the last couple of days. I too have to get up early to fit things in around the kids but I have to go to bed early to get enough sleep. I only have 2 kids so you truly inspire me!!!
