The Workouts
This is where we get to the nitty gritty of the workouts. These programs are not for you if you are undisciplined and cannot work without supervision. I can provide all the instructions in the world, but it is you that must put in the work. If you are looking for a quick fix, please look elsewhere, but if you are willing to train with intensity and be consistent and committed, read on.
I suggest you begin with the beginner fitness programs if you have not trained before or for a long time. The full body beginner training programs which will improve your general fitness very quickly and prepare you for more specific goals if you should have them. These training programs will also burn fat fast and get you fit fast too. You will then be ready to move on to the next stage.
Most of the exercises require minimal
equipment
. A skipping rope is handy and something you can use as a step will also be needed. This might be an actual stair or a sturdy box or platform of some kind. A medicine ball or hand weights will also be needed later depending on your fitness. I use adjustable dumbells which I have purchased from my local sports store. You can then purchase additional weight plates as you need them. This will be your most economical option as they can 'grow' as your fitness level grows too. I also use cones to mark out some areas, but these are not essential.
I like to train outside whenever possible in my backyard. I can take the baby monitor with me or the kids can come outside with me and play. If the weather is not good though, I can do most of the exercises inside too.
Okay, lets begin. First of all, you will need to set aside five 30 minute session times. You really need to do this to improve and get results. If you want to get fit and burn fat, you need to eliminate excuses and reasons why you CAN'T do this. You can do it. Watch less TV. Get up earlier. Spend less time on the phone. Find the time slots and put them on your calendar. This is essential. If you just wait till you have time, it will never happen. You have to plan ahead!!!!
