Tuna, Cheese and Tomato on Toast

1/2 small tin of tuna or salmon
tomato slices
up to 100g of low fat cottage cheese
1 slice of whole or multi grain bread

Toast bread
Drain tuna and place on toast
Top with tomato and cottage cheese

Reheating in the microwave or under the grill is optional

Makes 1 protein serve and one starchy carb serve. You will need to add fruit or vegies as per your plan
