Tuna Wraps

200g can or pouch white tuna (try canned salmon for a variation), drained
1/8 cup diced red onions
1/8 cup diced celery
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1 Tbsp fat free or canola oil based mayonnaise
Large lettuce leaves
Chopped tomatoes

Optional additions
capers
chopped walnuts



Mix first 6 ingredients together. Place onto lettuce leaves, top with tomato and wrap.
Makes 2 snack meals or 1 lunch or tea
