What is Bootcamp?
Fitterfaster Bootcamp is outdoor/indoor training consisting of extreme metabolic conditioning and strength exercises that will improve your fitness level and burn fat while getting you stronger, increasing your endurance and giving you more energy all day, every day.
What will I have to do?
You will be expected to turn up on time and train at least 3 times per week. Home training sessions are also given weekly to all Bootcampers to supplement your Bootcamp training sessions. Just think, you will be burning 100's of calories at every training session. We will use a mix of your own bodyweight, skipping ropes, medicine balls and other equipment like tyres, weights, kettlebells and resistance bands to get the most out of every training session. No two sessions are ever the same.
What if I'm too unfit?
Fitterfaster Fitness Bootcamp begins at your fitness level so there is no such thing as being too unfit. Each week the training sessions are altered to accomodate your progress. Anyone at any level will benefit from Fitterfaster Bootcamp. Don't worry if you haven't exercised before, full instruction will be given to each individual at their own level.
What results can I expect?
First expect to lose fat. Unless you are lean and ripped already, you are guaranteed to lose fat and cm's. You get your money back if you don't! Also expect to get stronger and have more endurance. You will also improve your balance, core strength and have heaps more energy to get you through every day. You can also expect to have lots of fun. Most participants find that aches and pains disappear once their strength and health improves.
What if I am already fit?
Don't think you won't benefit if you are already working out, playing sport or lifting weights. Each individual's fitness level is taken into account and you can be sure that I will challenge even the most conditioned participant in many different ways. This is great cross training for any sport regardless of beginning fitness level. You can expect to improve your sports performance, strength and endurance through this type of training. When are Fitterfaster Bootcamps held?
FitterFaster Bootcamp training sessions are held 7 times per week. We train every day except Sunday. Further details can be found below. You can come 3-6 times per week depending on your schedule and how quickly you want to see results.
Individual Personal Fitness Coaching is also available and times for these training sessions vary depending on your schedule and mine.You are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before the starting time with your drink and a towel and be ready to begin right on time. Please don't come late and miss the very important warm up section
